This week, prepare for a very exciting Swim Meet against Elm Park on Wednesday night... This just might the year we can break their winning streak! Be prepared to celebrate if we do - it will be a very exciting moment!

If you missed the Waterpolo game (Members vs. Staff) tonight - you missed a GREAT game! We had tons of fun and plan to do it again very soon. You will be advised - it might be as early as next Sunday.

Ladies night was a great success this past Sunday... Margaritas were delicious (thanks to Mel), the finger foods divine and the movie spectacular. It was tons of fun. Next Saturday, we will host an Adult Night featuring Neil Janna, who will present a comedy act that you are sure to enjoy. More information to follow on this event.

Next Sunday is our International Day - beginning with the International Olympic games for the kids in the afternoon and an International Pot Luck dinner during our weekly BBQ at 6pm. A sign up sheet will be posted at the Cookie Monster. We have many great cooks at our pool - it should be quite a menu!

Our synchro breakfast was a great success this morning. Thank you to all who participated and attended in support. We raised over $250 for the Synchro team!

I also wanted to thank all the children who participated in our Swim-A-Thon this past Friday. We raised almost $800 in pledges! A portion will be donated to Rosie's Animal Rescue. It was a beautiful evening, and we all had a lot of fun. Great job everyone!

Last, but not least, I wanted to advise you that the Fairview T-Shirts and Pants/Sweatshirts have arrived. If you have placed an order, please come see me at the Cookie Monster. There are a few extras, so please let me know ASAP if you are interested in purchasing one - cost for the T-Shirt is $10 - Pants/Hoodies $25/each - Quantities/sizes are limited.

I thought you'd like to see the calendar I carry with me all the time. I need to if I don't want to forget everything that's happening here at Fairview Pool!!! So, I've put my own PDF calendar right here on the site so you can print it and keep it with you like the lifeguards do.

IMPORTANT Day June 24th post-poned toJune 26th

The bicycle parade will be post-poned to Saturday, June 26th at 11:30am. A BBQ will follow at 5pm - we will offer hamburgers and hotdog!

Hi Everyone!!

Our official summer hours start Monday, June 28th so come out and help us celebrate summer officially starting at the Fairview Pool. We will be doing our third annual Bicycle Parade at 11:30am. It will be a short simple walk/ride so little ones can participate. Decorate your bicycle or scooter or stroller or just yourself, you can ride or walk through our neighbourhood celebrating our awesome pool and being with our great community. We will be meeting at the corner of Barberry and Jourdain (the Barberry closest to West Acres, it's a crescent).

Following the parade we will be having fun and games for the entire family. Come out and join us.
